He was selected for the flight director class of 2009. Mr. Stover received a BS in aerospace engineering from the Pennsylvania State University (2000) and an MS in space architecture from the University of Houston (2004). Edward A. Van Cise, “Carbon Flight,” has worked on the ISS Program since 1998, serving as a flight controller (Operations Support Officer, Telemetry Information Transfer and Attitude Navigation) for 8 years and group lead (ISS Mechanisms & Maintenance Training group) for 2 years before being selected as a flight director in 2009. Mr. Van Cise received a BS in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan (2000).
